On Monday, December 1, 2025, The Core Collective at Saint Vincent welcomed Gloria Ratliff as Interim CEO. In addition to her role as Interim CEO, Gloria continues to serve as the organization’s Chief Development Officer. Gloria’s appointment follows the transition of outgoing President & CEO, Latosha Fowlkes, LCSW. During her tenure, Latosha transformed The Core Collective into a thriving community leader focused on making well-being the standard for St. Louis by expanding services, strengthening supports for youth and families, and advancing a bold, healing-centered vision for St. Louis.
The future of The Core Collective is bright, and we are excited for all that is ahead. We have partnered with EMD Consulting Group on the search for our next Chief Executive Officer.
