Karen Cummings
Chief Operating Officer
Karen’s career started as a CSR/Ombudsman for the State of Texas. In this capacity she handled casework between State agencies and constituents.
After moving to Missouri, Mrs. Cummings worked on statewide and national campaigns and initiatives. During that time, she also served as a C-Suite assistant to CEO’s and politicians for 16 years.
Karen joined the agency in 2016 where she utilized her diverse array of expertise to assist all departments with daily operations. She is passionate about the mission at The Core Collective at Saint Vincent and improving the lives of youth and their families.
Mrs. Cummings is married and has three children. She received her BSW from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State).
The community is core to all achievements. Together we can share ideas, set goals, and work together on solutions to improve well-being in our region and inspire others to do the same.
