Gloria Ratliff

Gloria Ratliff is a highly accomplished fundraising professional with an impressive career spanning over 30 years. She joined The Core Collective at Saint Vincent in June 2022 as the Chief Development Officer. Throughout her extensive career, Gloria has consistently demonstrated her exceptional ability to develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives. Her keen understanding of donor relations, coupled with her adeptness in cultivating meaningful connections, has consistently resulted in surpassing fundraising goals and securing crucial resources for various causes and organizations.

Gloria was elevated to the role of Interim CEO in November 2025. Serving as both the Interim CEO and Chief Development Officer, Gloria seeks to lead The Core Collective through this executive transition, steward funder relationships, and strengthen budgeting, operational oversight, and strategic planning.

In her free time, Gloria enjoys gardening, serving her community through her involvement on numerous boards, and spending time with family and friends, particularly her grandchildren. Gloria earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
