Thank you for celebrating the transformational power of youth at the 33rd Annual Kookin’ for Kids with a Taste of Las Vegas.
The 33rd Annual Kookin’ for Kids with a Taste of Las Vegas was a tremendous success, raising an incredible $149,000! This would not have been possible without the generous support of our community, sponsors, vendors, partners, and all of you who attended and participated.
From the excitement of the casino games to the thrilling silent auction, the delicious offerings from our restaurant vendors, and the entertaining impersonators, the night was filled with fun, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Your presence and contributions have a profound impact on the youth we serve, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
A special thank you goes out to our Event Patrons, Dr. Jeanne & Rex Sinquefield, who played a vital role in making this night possible. Your continued support means the world to us and our youth at The Core Collective at Saint Vincent.
We’d also like to give a shout out to our Kookin’ for Kids Committee who helped facilitate a great event!
Committee Members: Brianna Best Lima, Sabrina Bobo, Aurrice Duke-Rollings, Abigail Fischer, Angela Kuehn, Mary Ellen Ponder (Board Chair), Katie Sinquefield, and Marva Williams.

An Evening in Celebration of the Transformational Power of Youth
Emcees & KSDK Meteorologists Tracy Hinson & Garry Frank guided us throughout the evening’s program, where President & CEO Latosha Fowlkes announced a ground-breaking initiative: St. Louis’s First Youth Assessment Center. This collaborative effort brings together the services of core partners to provide easy access for children, youth, and families to comprehensive child welfare and juvenile justice services in one location.
