- How do I make a donation?
There are many ways you can make a donation to The Core Collective at Saint Vincent! You can donate online, via check, ACH, and more. Discover the many ways you can make a difference here.
- What are your business hours?
The CC’s regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. We are staffed 24/7. If you are in need of services after our regular business hours, you can reach us at our after hours line at (314) 791-1460.
- Where do my donations go?
When you make an unrestricted donation to The Core Collective at Saint Vincent (The CC), you are directly supporting the programs that serve 0ver 500 youth, families, and members of our community each year. Click here to learn more about what your donation means to The CC.

- Where do I get started?
Visit our Programs Page and complete the screener to see which program may be a right fit for you! If you meet the criteria for one of our programs, our Intake Coordinator will reach out to you within 1-2 business days. To enroll in our programs over the phone, contact us over at 314-261-6011.
Volunteering
- Why do some volunteer positions require background checks?
The Core Collective at Saint Vincent requires volunteers at certain levels to complete background checks in accordance with our Volunteer Policies and Procedures due to the nature of the services we provide to youth. - Do you have opportunities for practicum students?
Yes, we have practicum and internship opportunities for students obtaining their MSW, MPH, or related fields. View our Class I opportunities on our Volunteer page for more information.
- Can I volunteer with my association or business?
Yes! We offer group volunteer opportunities such as facility beautification projects, donation sorting, donation drives, and more. Check out our Class III volunteer opportunities listed on our Volunteer Page for Group Volunteer opportunities. Submit your information and we’ll be in contact with you soon.

Donations
- Do you accept used clothing donations?
Thank you for thinking of us! At this time, The CC does not have the capacity to accept used clothing. To learn more about what in-kind items we are in need of, visit our In-Kind donation page.

Street Outreach Program and The Hub
- Do I have to sign up for the Hub before coming?
No, you do not have to sign up for the Hub prior to coming. You can sign up at the door!
- What are the Hub's hours?
The Hub is open Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-7:00pm except for holidays. The Hub is open for youth ages 10-19.
- What services are available in the Hub?
Come to the Hub to access the open gym, game room, computer/internet, laundry facilities, food/drink, and more. Learn more about the Hub here.

Transitional Living Program (TLP)
- Is there a cost associated with the Transitional Living Program?
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, The Core Collective at Saint Vincent’s programs are offered at no cost to the clients we serve.
- Who is eligible to participate in the Transitional Living Program?
If you are searching for safe and stable housing and are in between the ages of 16-22, this program may be right for you. Give us a call at 314-261-6011 for intake information or visit our Programs page for more information.
- What services and support are provided in the Transitional Living Program?
Transitional Living Program participants have access to services such as safe and structured housing, case management, life skills coaching, art therapy, food, access to an on-site nurse and nurse practitioner, transportation support, employment support, individual, family, and group therapy, and more. Community Based Services (CBS)
- Who is eligible for CBS?
Youth ages 6-19 looking for supportive services focusing on mental health and overall well-being are eligible to enroll in this program. For more information, visit the Community Based Services page.
- What services are available for CBS participants?
Participants in the Community-Based Services program have access to trauma-informed counseling, expert case management, and educational and employment support. Click here for more information about Community-Based Services.
