YouthBridge Community Foundation awarded two prestigious grants to The Core Collective at Saint Vincent (The CC) in 2023. YouthBridge is actively contributing to the development of a stronger and more vibrant community. They assist charitable individuals, families, and businesses in supporting causes that benefit children and their families in our region.
Capacity Building
Firstly, The CC was awarded $7500 for its strategic initiatives aimed at organizational capacity. This will further foster a shared culture and identity and strengthen the commitment to improving overall well-being. Additionally, it will support evidence-based operational strategies that align with The CC’s values and ensure successful execution of the strategic plan.
Child Abuse and Neglect Facility Improvement and Infrastructure Grant
YouthBridge Community Foundation partnered with the Children’s Trust Fund of Missouri to support nonprofits addressing child abuse and neglect in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County. The CC was awarded $22,990 for capital expenses including fire suppression systems and new furnishings that will improve the infrastructure of our Transitional Living Program.
These grants mark The Core Collective at Saint Vincent’s first-time receipt of funding from YouthBridge Community Foundation. Thank you to YouthBridge for their commitment to the well-being of youth and their families in St. Louis.
