On Monday, December 1, The Core Collective at Saint Vincent welcomed Gloria Ratliff as the Interim CEO of The Core Collective at Saint Vincent. In addition to her role as Interim CEO, Gloria will continue to serve as the organization’s Chief Development Officer.
Gloria has been a powerful force within The Core Collective, and she is a trusted leader, a champion for our mission, and a steady hand guiding our growth and impact. With over 30 years of nonprofit experience, she steps into this role with deep knowledge, commitment, and heart.
Her appointment follows the transition of our outgoing President & CEO, Latosha Fowlkes, LCSW. Latosha’s leadership has transformed The Core Collective into a thriving community leader focused on making well-being the standard for St. Louis by expanding services, strengthening supports for youth and families, and advancing a bold, healing-centered vision for St. Louis. We are deeply grateful for her extraordinary impact and unwavering dedication.
