Kristi Theriot

Kristi Theriot, MA, LPC, is our Chief Program and Innovation Officer and brings over three decades of experience in clinical services, program leadership, and organizational development across Missouri. Currently serving as Chief Innovation and Programs Officer at The Core Collective at Saint Vincent, she oversees multiple programs including transitional living, community-based services, and the development of a Youth Assessment Center. Her prior roles at Missouri Baptist Children’s Home included statewide oversight of treatment foster care, anti-trafficking services, and transitional programs. Kristi holds a master’s degree in counseling, is trained in TF-CBT and TBRI, and is a licensed professional counselor with deep expertise in trauma-informed care and youth behavioral health.
